About Me

Hi Welcome! I’m Bert the creator of (OFIT-Personal Trainer)

I was born in Bangkok, raised in Glasgow and now living in London for the past ten years.

Fitness has been an integral part of my life for over fifteen years. Turning my passion into a business was the best decision I’ve ever made because it allows me to bring out the best from my clients. Health and fitness is a natural way of life but my greatest pleasure is working with clients who are dedicated to beating goals they once thought were impossible.

As an ex Head Chef I can assure my clients realistic nutrition plans and achievable fitness programmes which are updated regularly as well as drive, dedication and support at every milestone only in return for 100% effort.

I offer one-to-one sessions and group personal training in Mayfair, Central London and at the comfort of your own home
